Mee Memorial Hospital continues to strive to improve services to our valued customers by opening a new Patient Accounting Customer Service Center

Patient Financial Services (PFS) Employees are all part of a team to make your billing experience at Mee Memorial as seamless as possible

King City, Ca. –Mee Memorial Hospital would like to announce the grand opening of our Patient Accounting Customer Service Center. The center is open Monday – Friday, from 8am-5pm, with dedicated Customer Service Representatives to help assist you with bill pay or any questions you may have regarding patient financial services. There will be a Grand Opening Mixer and Ribbon Cutting in conjunction with the King City Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture on Thursday, July 14th from 4:30 – 6:30pm. At MMH we have a team dedicated to working with our patients to accept all forms of payment as well as other services that include: assistance with interpretation of insurance coverage, verification of insurance eligibility and benefits, obtaining authorization for treatment, investigating possible payment sources that might be available to you, and to help make payment arrangements. Mee Memorial Hospital strives to provide you with the highest level of personal service and to deliver to you the information and options necessary to make the billing process seamless.
