Salinas Valley Looking Gablian Mountains to the East in Salinas, California

Our facilities are nestled in the bountiful Salinas Valley, in the southern part of Monterey County.  You can enjoy a drive through wild flowers near Mission San Antonio and our lakes, San Antonio and Naciemento, go wine tasting in the foothills of the Santa Lucia Highlands, spend the weekend camping and exploring the museums of San Lorenzo Park, or enjoy a day of hiking at our Pinnacles National Park. With so much to offer and do, King City and the surrounding area is a land of adventure waiting for you and your family.

Along with Mee Memorial’s very own Service League and Foundation, King City has many organizations and service clubs for both adults and youth to get involved in. King City has a very active Rotary, Young Farmers, Knights of Columbus and Lions Clubs. Our children have many options as well, such as 4-H, Boys and Girls Scouts of America, Sol Treasures, Monterey County Dance Theater, Future Farmers of America, Youth Groups, boxing at our Recreation Department and so much more!
