Dr. Bolivar specializes in general surgery, vascular surgery and laparoscopic surgery and is a member of the Associated Surgeons of San Luis Obispo Medical Group. Before joining Mee, Dr. Bolivar was Chief of Surgery at Twin Cities Community Hospital, Templeton, California, on the governing boards of Posada and United Surgery Centers also in Templeton and previous Chair of the Cancer Support Community Center in Paso Robles.
