About Francis

As a resident at Natividad Family Medicine in Salinas, Francis gained experience in inpatient and outpatient treatment and was honored to serve as one of the Chief residents. Prior to coming to Monterey County she obtained valuable experience in Knights Landing One Health Center, Knights Landing, California, examining patients, determining appropriate methods of care, performed some lab work and worked with undergraduate students and translators as needed.

Educational Background

Francis received her medical degree from University of California, Davis School of Medicine, Sacramento, California, under the MD Rural-PRIME track part of the University of California's Programs In Medical Education. The program was designed to produce physician leaders who are trained in and committed to helping underserved communities. Her Bachelors work was in Biological Sciences also from University of California, Davis.
