Mee Memorial observes Diabetes Alert Day March 21

KING CITY, Calif., — The American Diabetes Association created American Diabetes Association Alert Day in 1986 to help educate the country about a serious disease that often goes undiagnosed.

Mee Memorial Healthcare System plans to observe the day with a healthful cooking demonstration from renowned local chef Brandon Miller. The free event takes place at 12:40 p.m. on Monday, March 21 in the Memorial Rose Garden on the hospital grounds.
